This place was clean and orderly down to the restrooms. Dani was amazing and educated us about all that the Jason's Deli rewards program has to offer. Brandy and Josh were so kind and efficient as well. I'll def come back whenever I'm in town. Great atmosphere, food, and employees!

Over the past two weeks, my wife and I have had the pleasure of dining with you on multiple occasions, and we are delighted to report that each visit has surpassed the last in terms of satisfaction. The quality of the food has been unfailingly excellent, always fresh, flavorful, and prepared to perfection, which certainly contributes to our desire to return. However, what truly sets this particular Jason's Deli apart is the exceptional caliber of its staff. We wish to specifically recognize Dani, Josh, Zach, and Xavier for their exemplary service. I came in at 10:25 on Wednesday 4/8! I was greeted 2x with friendly smiles and welcomes! DeDe took my order she was super polite offered me a menu so i could make my choice she was respectful polite used manners like yes sir no sir despite me only being 31 (i probably look closer to 40 these days LOL) she answered my questions and was very pleasant i would come back again just for DeDes customer service, and whatever manager has her as a cashier has a great eye for staffing FOH with people who improve your stores customer facing operations/ experience. The store was clean music was l perfect volume and temperature was cool. I ordered a custom made sandwich with sauce on side and chili with cheese and onions DeDe proactively asked me about cheese and onions on the side or on top after i had got my aioli on the side. Overall great experience and will be back again!

When I want a fresh self-made salad, then I go to Jason's Deli. This visit had my side eyeing 👀 the salad bar attendant because she pay attention to detail. I requested more salad (lettuce) to be added, which she did, however the previous lettuce was turning brown but she continued to add it on top of the fresh lettuce. Nonetheless, the salad 🥗 was still a hit for me.

Jason’s Deli – Store #053, Killeen, TX What an experience! We’ll definitely be back. We tried the Spud Au Broccoli and the Beefeater Sandwich, both were incredibly fresh and flavorful. The service was superb, with every employee looking sharp, friendly, and welcoming. They offer free beverage refills, and the cherry on top, literally, was the complimentary ice cream. A detail that really caught our attention was their community spirit: on the tables, there’s an ad about “Spirit Night,” where they donate 20% of proceeds to a nonprofit of your choice. That says a lot about their commitment to giving back. Prices were fair, the food was outstanding, and the atmosphere made us feel like family. Highly recommend!
